Covers peeling, flaking, rust-through and joint failure under normal home use with proper installation. Excludes hard-water scaling, chemical damage, scratches and commercial misuse.
Claim with order ID + photos on WhatsApp; approved claims are repaired or replaced. TODO: confirm claim SLA and service network with client.
