We ship to all serviceable pincodes in India. Every parcel is packed securely and insured against transit damage.

Dispatch & delivery timelines

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (COD orders once confirmed).
  • Standard delivery takes 3–6 working days from dispatch.
  • Remote-area or courier-partner limitations may extend delivery (TODO: confirm with client).

Shipping charges

  • Shipping is FREE on orders above ₹999; otherwise a flat₹99 delivery charge applies (TODO: confirm slabs with client).
  • COD may not be available in all pincodes (TODO: confirm COD pincodes with client).

Damaged or missing items

Every parcel is insured. If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, share an unboxing video/photo within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp oranatomixbathsolutions@gmail.com for a free replacement or refund.

Tracking

Once shipped, you receive a tracking link by SMS/Email. You can also write to us with your order ID for tracking help.
